Our Production Periods

Standard production: process days* – your order, artwork ready for printing and payment have to be with us until 5pm from Monday to Friday

Rush Order production: 1 day earlier for standard production/ working days* – your order, artwork ready for printing and payment have to be with us until 5pm from Monday to Friday

Our Delivery Periods

Standard delivery: 1-3 working days ( depends on the location of delivery, rural area and Holiday is not same as Kuala Lumpur).

The above mentioned working days is exclusive of Sunday and Public Holiday. As working days count the weekdays.

What If Something Goes Wrong With The Printing Product?

BALAIPRINT By Padiemas Print will do everything possible to reduce the arrival of damaged goods, but damages do occur sometimes. In the first instance you must contact us through our official email at padiemas2u@gmail.com detailing the damages.

Please take a digital picture of the damage for our claims against the courier. Please do not dispose the carousel-item as we may require its return (if return is required we will arrange return shipping.).

Once we have been notified (received the images of the damaged goods) we will replace the damaged goods as soon as possible. Any rejected damage good is entitled for refund or reprint , BALAIPRINT By Padiemas Print will not be responsible for any other loss by customer.

The surcharge of our courier may vary from time to time, so delivery cost will be charged accordingly without prior notice.

Internet Banking Transfer

You could directly pay your order by using the FPX Gateway to transfer into our Company’s Account.

Offline Payment - ATM/CDM

Manually bank in the specific amount of money into our Company’s Bank Account as Part II. Kindly provide the bank in slip / bank transfer by email to padiemas2u@gmail.com

Due to the nature of the product, no returns can be made once the order is processed and/or shipped. Any claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made in writing within two (2) business days after receipt of the merchandise.

We will replace only those orders that were processed incorrectly. The replacement of the order will take place only after the receipt of returned merchandise.

We will not replace the order if it is determined by us that the order was misused or mishandle by the buyer or part of the order was used by the buyer and part of the order is being returned.
